March 27, 2020 COVID-19 Prompts the Largest Fiscal Stimulus in U.S. History
On March 27, 2020, CBRE delivered a “U.S. Market Flash” entitled “COVID-19 Prompts the Largest Fiscal Stimulus in U.S. History”. This Market Flash covers a summary of the CARES Act and the impacts of the Act on the commercial real estate. In summary, … “By preserving the supply side of the economy, the CARES Act will enable a faster recover. … The CARES Act will broadly ease economic pressures and lay the foundation for a strong recovery. Though timing will vary somewhat—particularly across property types—commercial real estate market fundamentals will reflect the short-term weakening in the economy, followed by a strong recovery heading into 2021. Governments and central banks around the world are taking similarly powerful measures. These responses will complement U.S. efforts by boosting the global economy and improving the medium-term outlook for domestic activity.”
LETTER TO OUR CLIENTS March 19, 2020
To our valued Clients, Partners, Colleagues, Friends, and Family,
The spread of COVID-19 is dramatically impacting everyone, including us here at G10 Galuppo Law. Like all of you, we are concerned about the effect this will have on people in our community, country, and around the world. We are staying continuously updated on this rapidly evolving situation.
At this time, we are open and fully operational. Our attorneys are working remotely; thankfully we have had this capability for years so the transition has been seamless. Our clients, colleagues, and friends can reach us by email and phone and we have systems in place to continue to do so should even more strict shelter-in-place requirements occur. We do ask you to be patient with court dates as most courts are only minimally open at this time. Of course, we will keep clients updated on their specific matter.
I, and the team at G10 Galuppo Law,pray for everyone’s health and safety. We value your business and appreciate your continued patronage. We will remain safe and vigilant and will do our best to support our clients, colleagues, and friends during this challenging time.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
